BESPOKE: Talk to me about designing a special piece of jewellery, maybe for a unique gift or to mark a big occasion. Price based on materials and work-time involved.

RECYCLE: It's lovely to recycle an old piece. Reusing the gold or silver, or setting a gemstone acquired on your travels, can be a fabulous and meaningful reminder of a family member or a special time.

Shipping Information

Most items, unless already in stock, are handmade to order and therefore processing time is required. I estimate 5-7 business days from ordering to posting to be safe (but am usually faster). If you require more urgent delivery, contact me first and I will see what I can do!

Deliveries within the UK will be posted via 48h Tracked service (2-3 business days delivery), with signature required.

Free UK delivery on orders over a certain threshold will be applied at checkout (currently £60).

If you live near HP9 there is the option of collecting to save on postage – choose the collection option at checkout. I will contact you when the item is ready.

Items going outside of the UK will be sent by International Tracked and Signed service at £15. Customs charges/import duties are your responsibility.

Items will be giftwrapped and if you would like a gift note, leave a comment at the checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy

Please read the item descriptions and dimensions carefully and if there is any doubt about sizing or colour etc please contact me before purchase as I am always happy to help.

CHANGE OF MIND: If you decide an item is unsuitable you may return it for refund – with the exception of earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Notify me (by email) within 14d of receiving the item.

Package the item carefully (use original packaging where possible) and obtain proof of posting. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

Once the return is received you will receive a refund, including the original postage cost.

FAULTS: If an item is faulty, please contact me as soon as the fault occurs. It may be helpful to provide photos. I can either replace or refund at your convenience.

BESPOKE ITEMS: Bespoke/commissioned items cannot be exchanged but in the event of an item not fitting I will always strive to rectify the issue where possible. Additional cost may be incurred if wrong sizing information has been supplied.
